3. Content on the Service You are responsible for the use of the Service and any Content you provide, including compliance with current laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you feel comfortable sharing with others.

4. Your Rights and Grant of Rights to Content You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. What’s yours is yours—you own your Content (and your integrated audio, images, and videos are considered part of the Content).

5. Your Account You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for protecting your account, so use a strong password and limit the use of that password for this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

6. License to Use Your Service Bookshow.com grants you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of allowing you to use and enjoy the benefits of the Service provided by Bookshow.com, as permitted by these Terms.

7. Termination of these Terms You may terminate your legal agreement with Bookshow.com at any time by disabling your account and ceasing to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account or stop providing you with all or part of the Service at any time for any or no reason, including but not limited to if we have a reasonable belief that: (i) you have violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability You assume the risk when accessing and using the Service or any Content. You understand and agree that the Service is provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. “Bookshow.com Entities” refers to Bookshow.com, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors. Without limiting the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE BOOKSHOW.COM ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
